This Privacy Policy explains how we collects, uses, and protects information when you use the Raisa Printech mobile application (Android package com.raisaprintech.labelapp) (the "App").
Raisa Printech is a label and receipt design and printing tool. It lets you create labels, barcodes, QR codes, and receipts, and print them to Bluetooth thermal printers. The App is built so that almost everything stays on your own device we collect only the small amount of account information needed to sign you in.
Summary
We collect your name, business name, city, pincode, and mobile number to create your account. Your labels, templates, receipts, images, and print history never leave your phone. We do not use analytics or advertising SDKs, we do not track you, and we never sell your data.
1. Information We Collect
1.1 Account information (stored on our server)
When you create an account, we collect and store on our servers:
- Your name
- Business name
- City and pincode
- Mobile number also used as your login identifier and for OTP verification
- Password never stored in readable form; we store only a bcrypt hash of it
1.2 Mobile number verification (OTP)
To confirm you own the mobile number you signed up with, we generate a one-time password (OTP) and send it to you by SMS through our SMS delivery partner, 2Factor. We store only a cryptographic hash of the OTP together with a short expiry time, and delete it once your number is verified. Your mobile number is shared with 2Factor solely so they can deliver that SMS.
1.3 Content you create (stays on your device)
The following is stored only in the App's private storage on your device and is never uploaded to us or to anyone else:
- Label and receipt templates you design
- Saved receipts and their contents
- Photos, logos, and images you add to labels, and any PDFs you import
- Your print history
- Your business profile details used on labels
- Paired printer settings and printer profiles
- Your login session token (kept in the device's encrypted secure storage)
If you uninstall the App or clear its data, this on-device content is permanently deleted. We hold no copy of it and cannot recover it for you.
1.4 Information we do not collect
- No analytics, telemetry, or usage tracking SDKs
- No advertising SDKs, ad identifiers, or cross-app tracking
- No contacts, call logs, or SMS reading
- No GPS or background location collection (see Section 2)
- No audio or microphone recording
- No payment or financial account details
2. Device Permissions and Why We Need Them

| Vibration | Haptic feedback when interacting with the editor. |
Permissions are requested only at the moment the related feature is used, and you may decline or later revoke any of them in Android Settings. Declining a permission only disables the feature that needs it.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To create and maintain your account
- To verify that you own the mobile number you registered
- To authenticate you when you log in and to keep you signed in
- To let you reset your password
- To respond to support requests you send us
We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making, and we do not sell, rent, or trade it.
4. Who We Share Information With
We share the minimum necessary information with the following service providers, and with no one else:

We may also disclose information where we are legally required to do so for example in response to a valid legal order or where necessary to protect our rights or the safety of users.
5. Data Retention
- Account information is retained for as long as your account is active.
- OTP hashes are short-lived: they expire within minutes and are cleared as soon as verification succeeds.
- On-device content is retained until you delete it or uninstall the App.
- When you delete your account, we remove your account record from our active systems within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.
6. Deleting Your Account and Data
You can request deletion of your account and all associated account information at any time by emailing raisaprintech@gmail.com from the mobile number or email associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete my account".
We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days. To delete the content stored on your phone (templates, receipts, images, print history), delete it in the App or uninstall the App.
7. Security
- Passwords are stored only as bcrypt hashes we never store or have access to your actual password.
- OTPs are stored only as SHA-256 hashes, expire after a few minutes, are single-use, and are rate-limited to prevent abuse.
- Your login session token is held in your device's encrypted secure storage.
- Traffic between the App and our servers is transmitted over HTTPS.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so while we take these measures seriously, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
Raisa Printech is a business tool intended for users aged 18 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details below. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and for significant changes provide notice within the App. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
